Basics

What is GST Registration?

Understanding India's unified tax system and why registration is your first step.
GST (Goods and Services Tax)
is a single, unified indirect tax levied on the supply of goods and services across India. It replaced a complex web of old taxes and created a seamless "one nation, one tax" system.
GST Registration in India
gives your business a unique 15-digit GSTIN number — your legal tax identity. Without it, you cannot legally collect GST from customers or claim Input Tax Credit (ITC).
