ITR filing services exist for exactly this reason: to take a task most people put off until the last week before the deadline and turn it into something that runs quietly in the background. At SNR Tax Care, that's the whole job. We go through your Form 16, your bank statements, your rent receipts, your trading statements — whatever your year looked like — and turn it into a return filed under the correct ITR form, with every legitimate deduction claimed and nothing left on the table.
Below, you'll find exactly how we approach filing for individuals and for businesses, because the two are rarely the same job wearing a different label.
Part A — Individual Returns

ITR Filing Services for Individuals

If you're a salaried employee, a freelancer, a landlord, or someone who trades on the side, your income rarely fits into one neat box — and the tax department has a different rule for almost every kind of it. Our ITR filing services for individuals cover every income head under the right form, so nothing gets misreported and nothing gets missed.
Salary Income
We reconcile your Form 16 against your Form 26AS and AIS, flag any mismatch before the department does, and make sure exemptions like HRA, LTA, and the standard deduction are claimed the way they're meant to be.
Capital Gains
Stocks, mutual funds, property, or crypto — each carries its own holding-period rule and tax rate. We work out short-term and long-term gains separately, apply indexation where it's due, and set off losses against gains wherever the law allows.
Rental Income
From a single let-out flat to several properties, we calculate net annual value, apply the 30% standard deduction and home loan interest correctly, and split co-owned property income the right way between owners.
Interest & Other Income
Savings account interest, fixed deposits, bonds, dividends — we pull these straight from your AIS, apply deductions under Sections 80TTA and 80TTB where you qualify, and make sure your ITR and Form 26AS actually agree with each other.

Beyond the numbers, our ITR filing services for individuals also look for deductions that tend to get missed on a self-filed return — 80C investments, health insurance under 80D, education loan interest under 80E, and donations under 80G among them. The goal isn't just an accurate return; it's one where you've legally paid the least tax you owe.

Part B — Business & Firm Returns

ITR Filing Services for Businesses

A proprietorship, a partnership, an LLP, and a private limited company are taxed under different provisions, run on different compliance calendars, and file on different forms. Treating them the same way is usually how a business ends up overpaying, or worse, opening a notice it didn't need to get.
Proprietorships & Freelancers
We work out whether presumptive taxation under Section 44AD or 44ADA brings your tax outgo down further than regular books of accounts, and file accordingly — most small proprietorships and professionals qualify for one of the two.
Partnerships & LLPs
We compute book profit, apply permissible partner remuneration and interest under Section 40(b), and make sure the firm's return and each partner's individual return line up with each other.
Private Limited Companies
From corporate tax computation and MAT working to filing ITR-6 alongside your ROC filings, we keep your company's tax and compliance calendar in sync so one filing never contradicts another.
Regime & Scheme Selection
Old regime or new, presumptive or regular — we run the comparison on your actual numbers rather than a rule of thumb, so the scheme you file under is the one that genuinely costs you less.

Whichever structure your business runs on, our ITR filing services include full taxable income computation, the right choice of tax regime or scheme, and filing well before the due date — so a late fee or interest charge under Section 234 never becomes your problem.

Every return goes through the same checklist before it's filed — income reconciled against Form 26AS and AIS, deductions applied, regime compared, and the acknowledgment saved to your file. It's the same checklist whether you're an individual or a company; only the line items change.

Why SNR Tax Care

Why Businesses & Individuals Choose Our ITR Filing Services

Taxes get complicated on their own; the way they're handled shouldn't add to that. Here's what stays constant across every return we file.

Accurate computation, no guesswork

Every return is cross-checked against your Form 26AS and AIS before it's filed, not after.

Filed early, not on the last day

We work off a filing calendar, not a deadline scramble, so there's time to fix a mismatch before it becomes a notice.

Support after filing, too

If a notice, revision, or rectification comes up later, it's handled as part of the same relationship — not a new engagement.

Guidance beyond the return

We flag tax-saving investments and deductions worth considering for next year, not just the one being filed.

One flat, transparent fee

You know the cost before we start, and nothing gets added to the bill once the return is already in progress.

The Process

How Our ITR Filing Process Works

Four steps, start to finish — the same sequence whether it's a salaried return or a company's.

Share your documents

Form 16, bank statements, invoices, or ledgers — send over whatever applies to your year.

We compute & review

We work out your taxable income under both regimes and walk you through the numbers before anything is filed.

We file & send your ITR-V

Your return goes in before the due date, and you get the acknowledgment for your records the same day.

We're on call after

If a notice or a rectification comes up down the line, we handle it as part of the same engagement.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions About ITR Filing Services

Which ITR form should I file?

It depends on your income sources. Salaried individuals with no capital gains or business income usually file ITR-1; those with capital gains or multiple properties typically move to ITR-2; freelancers and proprietorships file ITR-3 or ITR-4 depending on whether they opt for presumptive taxation. Our ITR filing services start by identifying the correct form for your specific situation, so you’re not guessing.

What happens if I miss the ITR filing deadline?

You can still file a belated return, but you’ll pay a late fee under Section 234F, and you’ll lose the ability to carry forward certain losses to future years. If you think you’re going to miss the date, reach out early — we can often still get you filed in time.

Can I switch between the old and new tax regime every year?

Salaried individuals can choose either regime each year when filing. If you have business or professional income, switching is more restricted once you’ve opted out of the new regime. We check this for you before filing so the choice doesn’t box you in later.

Do freelancers need to file ITR even if TDS is already deducted?

Yes. TDS is only a prepayment against your final tax liability, not the filing itself. Filing is what lets you claim a refund if excess TDS was deducted, and it’s also what keeps your income on record for loans, visas, and future tax years.

What documents do I need to send you to get started?

For individuals: Form 16, bank statements, rent receipts, and any capital gains or interest certificates. For businesses: sales and purchase records or books of accounts, bank statements, and last year’s return, if any. We’ll tell you exactly what’s missing once we see what you have.
